HP Packaging
As a project manager, I was responsible for a team of cross-functional contributors including product marketing managers, packaging engineers, writers, photographers, and translators to produce retail packaging for accessory products. Packaging followed a strict HP Brand Guideline created by worldwide marketing.

The examples are Brand Guidelines and shelving plan developed while I was a liaison between the agency and management. The challenge was to refresh the look AND make actual sample boxes, mocked-up in time for the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The challenge was to coordinate with Worldwide Branding, managers and creative agencies.

Below are examples of the old look. Not all geographic regions adopted the new blue and white look. Cost and existing stock created a challenge to make a full transition.
